Pour Over Brew Instructions
Prep Before You Brew
- Fold & Rinse Filter
- Place filter with triple fold side facing the spout.
- Discard rinse water carefully.
- Add Ground Coffee
- Use about 1g of coffee per 16g of water (e.g. 30g coffee for 480g water).

Step-by-Step Brewing

Pour 2x the coffee weight in hot water (e.g. 60g for 30g coffee).-

Let it bloom for ~45 seconds to release trapped gases.

Slow, Spiral Pour

Begin pouring in slow concentric circles from the center outward.

Avoid the edges — that’s where channeling hides.

Add water in stages until you reach your total brew weight.

Let it Drip
-
Brew should finish in 3.5–4.5 minutes depending on grind and dose.

If it’s too fast, grind finer; too slow, grind coarser.
